Hello Mike,
As far as I have been able to tell, it seems to me that, for the most
part the shuttle manager doesn't really work, do to being hardcoded
to one Japanese folder, that doesn't come through to English.
That having been said, I have found that if you are willing to play
around with the registry, you can set the shuttle to display English.
the Key you want is:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER|Software|Toshiba|Trc
This will get you a list of keys from 1 through 11 that contain
the info on what programs the shuttle should run, and display
HKEY_CURRENT_USER|Software|Toshiba|Trc|4
contains the following:
(Default) (value not set)
AppName "Change this to what you want the shuttle to display"
Attribute "1"
prog "ASAudio.exe"
WinClassName "ToshibaAudioMainWnd"
under AppName you will find some scrambled characters that, if you change to
"Audio" will be much easier to read and understand on the shuttle display.
8 has values for video
9 has values for the camera
HTH
