....I removed the <generic IRda> from the device manager/com port list (as I believed
it was placed there by the new IRDA software I am trying to set up and could have been
source of a problem - e.g. the COM5 invalid message) BUT!!!! I now get a <New PCI
hardware detected> message evry time I switch on the computer but it is unable to find
any drivers.... I have uninstalled the IRDA program you sent me but this makes no
difference! What have I done??
