In short, the difference is that the latest Crusoe CPU C1 Picturebook
actually runs slower! at 600Mhz than the prior model that used a Pentium and
ran at 400Mhz.
www.pcmag.com has benchmarks to look at.
In short, interesting CPU, gives you about 30minutes longer battery life, but
runs about 1/2 slower than rated. (eg. runs like a 300Mhz Pentium - 600Mhz/2)
quite a step backwards IMO, and happily, it puts the old model into a lower
price range as an older model, so buyers will reap the benefit of getting the
fastest Picturebook for lower pricing than the latest model.
