OK, just done this - but now finding it difficult to know what to deduce
from the results. Any and all help/suggestions much appreciated.
<> Win'98 (properties for C: in Windows Explorer) says:-
Used space: 4,176,408,576 bytes - 3.88GB
Free space: 141,594,624 bytes - 135MB (I know, pics awaiting transfer to CD)
Capacity: 4,318,003,200 bytes - 4.02GB
<> Ffdisk says:-
Partition = C: 1
Status = A
Type = PRI DOS
Mbytes = 4126
Usage = 100%
"Total disk space is 4055 Mbytes (1 Mbyte = 1048576 bytes)"
<> Calculator says:-
4126 x 1048576 = 4326424576
4055 x 1048576 = 4251975680
Does it make more sense to everyone else than it does to me? ;-) TIA
