The author of the previous post conveniently overlooks some truths.  She 
was told from day one of her complaint that the computer was defective, 
that it should be returned (she refused, since she was leaving the 
country), and that there was NO ASSURANCE of the time to repair; she has 
been offered (indeed, encouraged to take) full 100% refund since day one. 
That offer stands, and we re-encourage her to take it, rather than complain 
ad infinitum about the service. It has been at Toshiba, not in our possession.
