The Noteworthy card was produced by Nogatech (although their line of PC
cards was discontinued last year). Perhaps you might have some luck
contacting them -- I'd venture a guess and say that the Noteworthy card was
equivalent to Nogatech's ConferenceCard, which seems to work on my Libretto
110CT.

Hi All,
I just brought a Noteworthy PCMCIA video capture card. However, I cannot
get it work on my Libretto 100CT. I am using windows 98 but netmeeting
cannot see my video capture device. I have tried both the driver from
Toshiba and Intel but they didn't work.
Does anyone here have the same problem??
