At this point, I'd visit the Maker's site and download the appropriate reset
MBR program, if avail. That and their diagnostics program. All assuming your
PC is working 100% okay in the first place since a bad PC will cause the same
no-HD problems you're seeing.
(maybe hook the HD to another known good PC and run the diag./reset MBR
programs on that)
