Did you ever get this sorted out?  I'm thinking of purchasing a combo card 
like the one you have, and was wondering where you got it and how much it 
cost.

Does anyone else have any recommendations for a relatively inexpensive such 
10/100 ethernet/56K modem combo card that wouod work well in my 50CT?
