Subject: L110 Hard reset problem

I fear my days of using a libretto are almost over. My L110 has been hard
reseting (back to power-on password) seemingly at random. The frequency
increases the longer the lib has been running. This sounds to me like an
overheating problem. I tried installing one of the recommended CPU idling
programs - no change. Any ideas? If the board is bad, is it possible or
worth it to replace?
