Gary;
It looks like your install disk is trying to load drivers for a freecom cd
that you do not have. What you will need is a "point enabler" for your CD
drive. This is a special program that allows you to operate your cd with out
card services installed. There is only a few CD drives that have such a
program. Perhaps you can get intouch with the maker of your CD and find out
if they have such a driver.
As to turning it off, Press and HOLD the power button in, after a bit it
will begin beeping then it will shut off. Also if you press the F1 key when
turning it back on (after this) you can go into the setup program and set it
to "boot" mode.
