Subject: Harddrive Upgrade
having difficulty finding what I need in the archive
I have to replace my drive and have a 10GB comming today.
where does the hibernation space go for a 50ct?
At the 8GB mark or the end of the drive?
I want 2 partitions on the drive 7GB and 3GB
So the hibernation space goes between them or after?
I had difficulty when I formated the last disk on my desktop
and used partition magic. When I loaded it into the libretto
there was a bios "BASIC" error and also the first 1MB
of the drive was empty space (this is 1MB BEFORE the
Primary Partition).
I had to fdisk and format on the libretto from a bootable floppy.
