MSIR2.0 is a program from Microsoft that takes the hardware infrared port
that you enabled in BIOS for COM2, and creates a virtual port to print to
and connect serially. So you have Infrared COM3 and Infrared LPT3. It also
seeks other Infrared devices and announces its presence, so you want to
disable infrared when not using it.
