Major advantage is cost of media. $10 a disc for 40M. It's still
cheaper than others, although the difference is not as much as it was a
year ago. I use mine as a floppy (I can lend the drive out too) and to
back up my CF card for my digital camera. It makes an ideal floppy for
my lib (have to get a lib-reference in there or we get complained at!).
