Toshiba recommends these part numbers for 64 MB upgrade:
PA2068UJ(S) for Toshiba Libretto M3 1000 1050 1100 1010
PA2067UJ(R) for Toshiba Libretto M3, Portege 3010CT 3015CT 3020CT 3025CT
When searching you may have to drop everything after U in the part number.
It appears that Libretto M3 can take either one.
I am not sure if Libretto 1100 can take the other one, which may be easier to find.
You can find the replacement for the second one by searching for PA2067U at:
http://www.transcend.com.tw/english/Memory/Product.asp
That is a manufacturer in Taiwan.
Try these retailers:

If you can only find it at this last one, drop me a note.

I purchased the 64mb ram upgrade for my 1100 from Dynamism at www.dynamism.com it was
$299.00 and took about a week on special order. I don't have a part number, but they
are familiar with the machine and are helpful. (if you have a credit card they are
helpful I mean... <grin>)
