David,

Now I'm confused... you mention <110 once and <=110 once, and you also say
it shouldn't matter on the 110? I just received my 110, and am trying to get
a 12GB drive working with Win98. I have the 7.3 BIOS. When I boot to Win98
I only see 7.9GB... so is there a BIOS upgrade that will allow it to see
all 12GB or is the 110 just like my 70CT?

I'm assuming I'll have to load a BIOS extender, and leave 64MB + video
memory free between the 8GB partition and the rest of the drive for
hibernation... and that even with the BIOS extender the Toshiba BIOS
will still suspend at the end of the 8gb it can normally "see".

Thanks for clearing this up again David, I know you get tired of this
confusion with disk sizes! Would it really kill Toshiba to release
upgraded BIOS for their computers that support the larger drives that
Toshiba is now making?!?

David
