Okay Raymond... I see what youj're saying about things depending on a person's ability to configure software. The 'mailto' thing never even made any sense to ME, and I'd just go my merry way pasting 'cmd:unsubscribe' onto the subject line. This whole 'mailto' thing is nuts as far as I can see any hope of comprehension of its use reaching the LCD!
