Backing up and restoring Outlook Express data is a pain, but here it is ... http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q270/6/70.ASP After a fresh Win98 install, I believe you only need a few drivers from: http://computers.toshiba.com (I would paste a link for you, but it's horrendously long.)
