Well I will say the prices have seemed to have raised recently.. Then
again I havet really been looking after I got the 3.. The etrex would
work for you.. Just leave it in the window.. There are reradiating ant's
out there also listed on the gps joe website.. This allows the use of an
external antena that reradiates it in another location such as buildings
or cabs of pickups with lare alum campers behind and above ;-) and I
think they cost 99 bucks or it might be more cant remember..

Looks like a nice little unit for outdoor use.  But I see that it
doesn't 
support an external antenna, which I think I'd probably need in a big
pickup 
truck with a aluminum sided camper behind and above the cab.  Sure would

seem great for cycling though.

But I can't beleive the prices on EBay... almost up to the $100 point.
GPSs 
must retain a pretty good value.
