I don't know about the newer Libs, but I'm pretty sure these L50s > and L70s won't boot from a CD-ROM drive. Don't know about other distributions, but I installed RedHat 7.1 onto a Lib 70 from CD, starting from a Windows DOS prompt. Don't recollect the details offhand - but I think one can just run a batch file from the dosutils folder of the CD. Perhaps Mandrake has such a folder also?
