Be cautious. The reason it's recommended that primary or secondary cells are 
not usually connected in parallel is to prevent differences in internal 
output impedance causing one battery becoming reverse charged. There's a 
tendency for one to empty before the other, and this is not usually a good 
thing[tm].

If they've been wired in parallel in the battery, then Tosh have presumably 
sorted this problem out - either improvements in the technology of the cell 
or the technology of the charger. Of course, to the Lib charge circuit, the 
battery has to look the same irrespective of capacity.
