Subject: Is Suspend the same as Hibernate in Lib 100?

On my Lib 100 there is the usual shutdown button and a Suspend button above that.

When I click Suspend there is a little picture of the Libretto
transferring to a representation of a mult-platter hard disk.

Is this Hibernate? Somehow I had the idea that Suspend
had to do with copying the machine state to memory
where it would only last until the battery died.

My understanding of Hiberhate is it will last even with
no battery in place as the machine state is stored on disk.

I recently installed a larger hard disk but made sure to fdisk
in the Libretto so my hibernation area should be intact
although I wish there was a way to display that fact.
