I guess I am convicted of being stupid but shutdown of 'Baby' my L70 is driving me crazy. I'm running Win98SE. When I tell Baby to shut down, she goes to the 'It is now safe to shutdown your computer" screen and sits there. If I press the off button quickly, nothing happens. If I hold the button in, it goes into the hibernation routine. The only way I get it to shut down is to remove the battery. Is there a trick? -----Paul----- ************************************************************** http://libretto.basiclink.com - Libretto mailing list http://libretto.basiclink.com/archive - Archives http://www.picante.com/~gtaylor/portable/faq.html - FAQ -------TO UNSUBSCRIBE------- Reply to any of the list messages.
