Sorry I've been / am being so misleading.

PaintShopPro, Photo Shop, and 10MB-zipped downloads are the things I'm
trying to avoid - I just want to be able to do a lossless 90 degree
rotate on a JPG without having to load an entire image editing suite.

PicaView130.EXE is 771KB
PicaView132.EXE is 846KB

That kind of thing!  :-)

No waiting for it to load, no serious memory demands; just right click
in Windows Explorer and the job is done (single or multiple files)...
