I don't understand this - what functionality would be lost, and why?

I used TweakUI to good effect for the My Documents tweak on my previous
Win'98 setup, but it didn't offer me any "Program Files" options...
I think it will let you rename My Documents but not Program files.
Please let me know if I'm wrong.

I've already downloaded TweakUI 1.31 (Win'98/...Win'2K - www.microsoft.com)
but not installed it yet.

So far: upgraded IE5 to IE6; installed SP2; Windows 2000 Security Rollup
Package (January 2002); and an IR driver update.

In Win'98 TweakUI wound up in the Program Files folder, so I was going to
leave it until after I'd made the Program Files folder naming decision...

No idea... what does it do?
In any case, I don't have it - is it a must-have? Should I get it?
