Subject: Cardbus & L100

Just installed a HP m820e external CDRW drive on my L100. The PCMCIA/SCSI
card is switchable from 16-bit to Cardbus. It installed fine set to 16-bit,
but set to Cardbus, it is unacknowledged by W98se. Using Toshiba's HWSetup
in Control Panel to change the PC Card setting to Cardbus/16-bit from PCIC
Compatible, then rebooting, W98 starts to load a PCI Cardbus Bridge, but then
asks for a driver, "Toshiba ToPCI95 Cardbus Controller". To complicate
things, at this point the PCMCIA slots are completely shut down, so accessing
a CD is impossible.

Does anyone know where this driver can be found, and the procedure for
getting it installed, or should I just be happy with PCIC Compatible mode? I
thought the L100 & 110 could do Cardbus. Thanks for any information.
