The MPEG-to-go handles MPEG-1 files, as used on VideoCD.

The DVD-to-go handles MPEG1 & MPEG2 video, covering VideoCD and DVD. 
 Unfortunately I can't help on the software, as I am using a DVD-to-go 
card under linux, with VCD & DVD files ripped to the 40G hard drive.
