Looking at an old Post from Pres (http://www.technoir.nu/libretto/list/2002/msg02072.html), it would seem that the plug on the PA2499U charger is not a square plug needed for the L110: "The output cord feeds a L50 directly. ( 20, 30, 50, 60, 70 ) but NOT at all a L1x0 series with the e tiny square plug." The PA2499U battery charger comes with a power cord to power an L50 or L70 from a socket on the charger, and has a round plug that powers the L50 and L70. PA2504U is an adaptor for the PA2499U that allows the charger to accept L100/110 batteries.
