Looks like its close enough to work. Doesn't matter if their shorter. 
Width wise I measured greater than 18mm in the 70's standard 
battery case. That's only a mm anyway which isn't squat. If a 
person has to they can probably sand down the case to make 
more room. Or just cram them in there. Just have to careful of the 
board which is in its own compartment anyway. Considering that 
its impossible to buy li-ion cells like nicad or nihm in the US this is 
a pretty rare find and probably won't happen again for a long time. 
I've been looking on and off for about a year.  I'm going to stock up. 
They have a 5 year shelf life. And they are only charging 13 dollars 
a cell!!! And they'll be fresh!!! I hope they still have some in stock!!! I 
can think of a ton of stuff I'd like to use li-ion for!!!
