I got an automated mail back telling me stuff was out of stock, inviting me to cancel my order - which I did. It took 24 hours to get confirmation of the cancellation. I hope you have better luck than me. It could have been because I wanted a fairly cheap part (hinge brake for L100) and a couple of RAM expansions for L50/70 that they didn't have stock of things.
