I need a serial connection to interface with my GPS unit.

The IrDA would cover the a palm sync. Any tricks to getting IrDA to work
with the Palm? I have not been successful on my IBM notebook so far.

traveling (like Palm sync and GPS data uploads)? I don't want to take my
dock along just to make the connection. I had a CT50 and there was a small
port bar that came with it. Is there a similar option for the CT100, or
possibly a PC Card option?
