Hi Raymond, I know the slots on the Libretto 50 are NOT cardbus. All I was trying to say is that it is hard to dell which pcmcia CARDS are cardbus only and which ones are non-cardbus. I have a 32-bit cardbus card and a 16-bit non-cardbus card sitting right next to each other, and as far as the connector on the card goes, they are EXACTLY the same in all aspects.
