Is there anyway anyone knows of loosening it up? Onn Xin Yeng's site (www.fixup.net) he recommends cutting a small disk of paper and placing it in the cup of the mouse, then replacing the mouse on the plastic button. This works for me, in fact I have 2 paper disks in there now. > * Is it necessary to install drivers to provide support for the EPR? When I set up my 100ct, after installing all the utility drivers and getting them working properly undocked, I just docked it and a new profile was added in Device Manager>Hardware Profiles. Before you start using the EPR, note that there were posts on www.fixup.net which strongly suggested that long-term docked operation fries components. > * Is it near impossible to find a power cord to go from the battery charger > to the 100? To my knowledge, Toshiba didn't make a patch cord to go from the charger to the 100ct (or 110ct). I think this feature was for the 50ct which didn't charge batteries while running. The 100/110 doesn't have that problem. > * Is it normal for the 100 screen not to be as bright as the 50/70? > > I notice that the video drivers that the guy installed are from Microsoft, > not the Toshiba. I think you're right, none of the Tosh drivers are present (or running.) Check Start>Settings>Control Panel and see if there is a "Power Saver" (not Power Management) icon, which would indicate installation of the Tosh power control. Also, you could check in Device Manager for the presence of the Yamaha sound driver, or the NeoMagic MagicGraph 128XD video driver. It does sound like the previous owner didn't properly set up the machine. Time for some Libretto fun! > Ooou... Outlook Express is set up!!
