Otherwise, there's a fuse on the motherboard - it's well disguised, a square thingie about 3mm*3mm*5mm and IIRC it's about 3.15A. Changing this is not trivial if you are unfamiliar with soldering surface mount components, but if it is blown, you can solder a fuse wire of the proper rating across it. I've done that in the past (on the screen fuse) and I believe Matt has, also.
