It may be a fair bet that it's 100v only - the multi voltage ones I have are all PA2500U, 110v, 220v On the other hand, my Japanese L50 came with an adapter labelled 100v and yet, like so many switching power supplies, is actually 100-250v input. It's also physically identical to the PA2500. I will check at home to see what the model is on the Japanese adapter that came with my L50m is, but I would strongly suspect that the unit IS multi-voltage in.
