Have you seen the speed requirement to support USB 2.0? I don't know what 
the minum mhz required for this card is, but my bet is the L100 is not 
close. Also most of these card want a large amount of ram to work with. A 
Cardbus slot is just a small part of supporting a USB 2.0 device.
