I remember reading somewhere (it could have been on the list, some years ago) that the battery in the Libretto (I think it was the 50CT) acted as a surge protector of sorts!? And, that it was not advisable to run the unity with the battery unplugged, only on external power. I would like to lengthen the life of my battery on a 100CT, and I guess one way of doing that is to take the battery out when I am using power. Does anyone have any advice or warnings for me?
