Try EZ-Drive first, and see if the Libretto detects the HD then.

Also, you may have to pull the batteries and power and let it sit for awhile,
then try again.  Reset BIOS if possible.

Usually, however, the new HD is almost always automatically seen to some degree
by the Libretto. HDs >8.4GB will require either EZ-Drive or a disk manager
program, or an OS that sees HDs >8.4GB to bypass the BIOS problem Librettos
have, such as Windows 2000/XP/Linux.
