I have. Problem is is they have limited read/writes so they don't work for caching. I used one as the hard drive in a HP 600CT and it worked very well but didn't use it long enough to find out how long it would last. Better to use standard dram and add a battery backup system to keep from loosing data. In the 2.5 inch form factor a person could add about 200 gig easily in a big ram drive, with a memory mapped system it would be around 10 or faster than a IDE drive since it doesn't use a mechanical system to write and read and really would alleviate a need for memory upgrades since virual memory would be as fast as physical memory.

About these 2.5 inch flash disks, would it speed up the operatation speed of the Libretto? Would Virtual memory become nearly as fast as regular memory? Has anyone used one of these in a Libretto 50ct and can you install your operating system just like a regular IDE drive. This option really interests me.
