May have to do with your rusty contacts (below in your post).
Sometimes when reviving from hibernation, I get a Linux mouse pointer in
the form of a .5 X .5" square with a vertical raster of white lines. I
have to power off the Lib to mend this.

Thats the sort of thing McAfee has a download scan for.
And another reason to dump Windows and use some other OS.

Yes it is, and very easy to use.

I rarely if ever fool around inside my Lib. John might have an answer?

BTW how can I unmount the bottom cover of my Lib110? I want to remove
the HD spacers. I removed all the screws in the bottom, but still the
bottom cover seems to be hooked after some piece inside.
