Doesn't here, at least not on my LAN where I used a linux portscanner to try things out. Perhaps you've once allowed pings to come through, and didn't notice it was a ping because it actually appeared as some legal Windows service.
Or maybe some obscure Windows program uses that port for some reason. BTW ZA has options for distinct security levels. Philip
