The scripts that I wrote should generate the dsp files when the snapshots are build (make dist). I did not yet have a chance to update the scripts to also make vcproj files since I have VS2008 and vcproj files started with VS2005 and I didn't want to exclude the VS2005 users. Also the dsp files can be opened in VS2008 and it will go through the import wizard (last time I checked).
