Building libssh2-1.2 on Windows with VS 2008

It's time to update our version of libssh2 and I've realized that my  
own .vcproj files may well be unnecessary -- except that is I don't  
immediately see how to use the new scripts to generate .dsp's/.vcproj  
files for Visual Studio 2008.

Are there any instructions on doing this (I don't immediately see any)?
