Not ready yet.  I am tracking down a bug with reading packets.  For  
me it shows up in sftp_readdir on a directory with over 100 files.   
The first packet part is read okay, but in non-blocking the second  
part is not read.  Then after a time out it is actually read.  All is  
fine in blocking mode.
