I don't think we've ever actually decided to go away from this rule,
except that I have asked explicitly for more time on some (specific)
patches (which I agree has caused much delay already).  So feel free
to go by this rule as you like.

Would you like me to hold off on applying 330 until you've had time
to finish the review?
