I got a reply, from Aurelien, who confirmed that the issue does not occur for future Debian version 7.x, aka Wheezy. Of course they tested the package before the switch, so this was kind of expected. As they don't experience the issue, they are not planning to apply any fix on top of 1.0.11. They also indicate that it's unlikely the 1.0.12 will be used for Wheezy, as the freeze period should have started by that time, but as long as they're fine with the libusbx version they use, I guess that's OK Regards, /Pete ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Live Security Virtual Conference Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
