Up until now, libusb and libusbx were completely separate projects, so the list to which you should send your message would depend entirely on whether you used the libusbx git repository / download from the libusbx SourceForce project, or the libusb git repository / download from the libusb SourceForge project. As the projects have not merged back yet, I would suggest that you determine where the source code or binaries for the libusb-like library you used came from, and post to the relevant mailing list. As long as libusbx v1.0.16 has not been released, we need to maintain the libusbx-devel mailing list, for any user who doesn't follow what is happening in terms of forking and merging, and is using libusbx. We will also not be able to join the mailing lists (SourceForge does not appear to provide such an option, and even if it did, it would create a very messy situation), but we will most likely drop the libusb-devel one... which of course we cannot make happen without a lot of notice.
