Up until now, libusb and libusbx were completely separate projects, so 
the list to which you should send your message would depend entirely on 
whether you used the libusbx git repository / download from the libusbx 
SourceForce project, or the libusb git repository / download from the 
libusb SourceForge project.

As the projects have not merged back yet, I would suggest that you 
determine where the source code or binaries for the libusb-like library 
you used came from, and post to the relevant mailing list.

As long as libusbx v1.0.16 has not been released, we need to maintain 
the libusbx-devel mailing list, for any user who doesn't follow what is 
happening in terms of forking and merging, and is using libusbx. We will 
also not be able to join the mailing lists (SourceForge does not appear 
to provide such an option, and even if it did, it would create a very 
messy situation), but we will most likely drop the libusb-devel one... 
which of course we cannot make happen without a lot of notice.
