Besides myself, I don't think any of the other maintainers ever 
officially left libusb-devel. And I have been monitoring what happened 
over at libusb-devel anyway.

Yet, I would still recommend posting to the mailing list relevant to the 
library you were using when encountering an issue, or, if it's something 
you found duplicated in both, then post to both lists.
While maintainers are monitoring both lists, people who might have 
encountered the same problem or have some ideas of what you could try 
next, may only be subscribed to a single one.
Remember that maintainers aren't the only people who can provide advice 
on an issue (and that's a good thing!).

Can you explain a bit more about this? Did the libusb-devel prefix 
change or something? If so, do you have any idea what the reason was?
