i have some problem using perl.
im looking for perl code to connect to blast data base,
here is what we have:
we have blast of DB files and we need to creat search engine to compare
Gen_ID,Protien name, or Protien sequence.
with the user input. we need to be able to search by one of these there
things" gen_id, protien_name or sequence"
to get the result for one of the databases we have.
can you please prvoide us with the solution.
all the database files stored on ORACLE, and we have it on SUN microsystem.
