SSL and 128 bit access with LWP

hi

i am having problems accessing websites which are using 128 bit secuirty via 
LWP and crypt:SSLeay , i have read previous posts on this list and there have 
been no answers for them so i dont rate my chances , the server which i am 
using to run my scripts on has an openssl certificate of 40 bit secuirty

any thoughts  ??
