Targets are just a presentation-level thing.  They are meaningful only to 
windowed browsers; otherwise they're meaningless.

You don't.  (Even in windowed browsers, targetting a new window doesn't 
spawn a new UA, as you can tell because all the windows share the same 
cookie jar, authentication keyring, etc.)

What's the full $response->status_line message?  500 could stand for just 
about anything; only the message is informative enough to be useful.
